1. Draw it ( sketch it then outline with brush pen and drawing pen 01-0.2 )
2. Scan it.
3. Open your vector sofware ( i use Adobe Illustrator)
4. Convert your image to vector ( live trace ).
5. Color your artwork and shade it
6. Modify your Artwork ( Attitude )
7. Experiment your Attitude
